Creating an offline copy (replica)
Make the current IBM® Lotus Notes® application available offline by creating a replica on your computer.

After you create a replica, an entry for the replica appears on the Replication tab.

1. From an open application, click File > Application > Make Available Offline.

Note:

This command is disabled when the focus is in a local replica, or in a server-based application for which you already have a local replica.

2. If you don't want to create the replica immediately, select At the next scheduled replication.

3. If you don't want the replica to have a high-priority schedule, click the down-arrow and click Normal-priority.

4. To change the default replication intervals for High- or Normal-priority schedules, click Set or Change Schedules.

5. (Optional) To customize the replica, click Options for this Application.

6. (Optional) To set replication preferences, click Defaults for All Local Replicas.

7. Click OK.
