Changing display of your mail
You can customize how your mail displays to make it easier to work with your messages.

The first time you open your mail, you see the Inbox with oldest messages sorted first and with the preview pane closed. You can change how your mail displays and, the next time you open mail, IBM® Lotus Notes® remembers your changes. You can:


For example, you could change the sort order of the Date column in your Inbox so that newest messages display first, and display all messages from your manager in green in the message list. To save these display changes, you can close and reopen your mail application.
