TeamRoom is an IBM® Lotus® Domino® application that gives you a powerful and flexible tool for efficient information sharing and collaboration.

TeamRoom provides a forum where you and your team can do the following things:

Raise and discuss relevant team issues and concerns
Create (collaborative) products such as memos, presentations, and other deliverables
Manage team documentation effectively
Brainstorm (which leads to resolution and action)
Prepare for meetings: you can present and shareinformation in the TeamRoom before a meeting, so that the meeting can focus on decision making
Track meeting agendas and resulting action items
Build team commitment and focus

Shared context is at the heart of team learning and effective performance. TeamRoom allows members to focus on their individual work within the context of the team, and focus on the team's results.
