Sample search for words and phrases in documents
This example demonstrates how you can use an advanced search to find words and phrases in a document.

As an employee, you want to search the Human Resources Benefits application (which has a full-text index) for information about retirement benefits.

1. Open the Human Resources Benefits application, and select the view that lists all benefits.

2. Click View > Search This View.

3. Click More, then Multiple Words.

4. Select any of the terms below.

5. Enter the following words in the first two text boxes:

6. Click Add. A token is added to the text entry box in the Search bar.

7. Click Search.

8. Search returns documents containing the words "retirement," "pension," or both.
